Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS First class mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or for International now with DHL Express with delivery confirmation. Signature Confirmation™ can be provided for extra security, at an extra cost. Please contact us for specialized shipping accommodations. Please make sure the address you provide through PayPal is correct.

We ship orders based on the shipping address given. If you give us the wrong address, you will have to pay for it to reship. We will only reship once. We are not responsible if we miss your message about fixing a wrong address as we are focused on processing orders. 

While we will do everything in our power to try and remedy incorrect shipping address issues, we cannot be responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.

If your package is missing, PLEASE contact your LOCAL post office first so they can do a search. If your order does not arrive after 7 business days of a failed delivery, then contact us and we can arrange to resend. 

Orders usually shipped 2-3 weeks after sales due to the volume. Please see our SHIPPING UPDATES page for daily updates on how far we are in the shipping process.
