Shipping Policy

As of 1/1/24, Route protection will be required to purchase due to excessive lost or damaged orders. This insurance protects both ourselves and the customer as we can replace lost or damaged orders without major financial losses. We will not be replacing lost or damaged orders without it. 

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or for International now with DHL Express or USPS in international with delivery confirmation. Signature Confirmation™ can be provided for extra security, at an extra cost. Please contact us for specialized shipping accommodations. Please make sure the address you provide through PayPal is correct.

Selecting priority mail does not mean the order ships in 2 days, that means that the order once shipped is estimated to arrive in 2 days. Shipping time and turnaround time are different.

We ship orders based on the shipping address given. If you give us the wrong address, you will have to pay for it to reship. We will only reship once. We are not responsible if we miss your message about fixing a wrong address as we are focused on processing orders. 

While we will do everything in our power to try and remedy incorrect shipping address issues, we cannot be responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.

If your package is missing, PLEASE contact your LOCAL post office first so they can do a search. If your order does not arrive after 7 business days of a failed delivery, then contact us and we can arrange to resend. 

Orders usually ships within 2-3 weeks after sales due to the volume. Within 1 week regular times.
