Refund/Cancel Order policy
Returns are not accepted due to the personal, cosmetic nature of our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. We’ll try our best to accommodate your concerns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items can be returned, like soaps still packaged or receiving the wrong order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once it is in Processing/Shipped phase. If you do cancel an order while it is in the New phase, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
